The common measure
Article 4 of the EU AI Act asks every organization to define what sufficient AI literacy means, and names no method. This instrument answers it: four levels of decision authority, four criteria that qualify evidence, and a Pythagorean square that grows by gnomons. Open under CC BY 4.0.
