I turn high-stakes technology into skills people can use under pressure.
A security or recovery system is only as strong as the person operating it at two in the morning during an incident. This is the work of taking dense, fast-moving technical material and turning it into learning that holds up when the stakes are real, not a slideshow people forget by lunch.
Current work for a global cybersecurity and IT-management vendor serving managed service providers, across backup, disaster recovery, endpoint, and cloud and SaaS detection.
The through-line
This is line one, the work I do now. Under a single umbrella sit onboarding, certification, live workshops, companion courses, simulation, and the coaching that prepares the experts who deliver all of it. They look like separate products. They are one system, designed so a technician moves from first day, to proven competence, to confident action during a real incident.
What this looks like in practice
The core move is translation. I take expert-level technical documentation, the kind written by engineers for engineers, and turn it into learning a working technician can act on. That means deciding what needs an explanation, what needs a diagram, what needs a simulation, and what needs guided practice, so that complexity becomes capability rather than a longer manual.
One signature format is a live, follow-along recovery experience. Participants work through real disaster scenarios alongside the expert in real time, using a resource they keep and reuse long after the room empties. The learning does not stop when the session ends, because they walk out with the playbook in hand. A companion course extends it, including interactive 3D models that let technicians explore equipment and recovery paths they could never safely touch in a live client environment.
And because the strongest content still fails if the expert delivering it loses the room, part of this work is preparing the subject-matter experts themselves to teach under cognitive load. That discipline is behind two top-rated international sessions that scored 91 and 95 out of 100. The experts were the ones on stage. The pacing, the structure, and the delivery method behind those scores were mine.

The Technical Complexity Translation Model
The core move of this entire door, made repeatable. It is the method for converting dense, expert-level technical documentation into learning a non-expert can act on, sorting what needs explanation, what needs a visual, what needs a simulation, and what needs guided practice. It is why a several-hundred-page appliance manual can become a technician who knows exactly what to do when a client’s server fails at the worst possible moment.

A live, follow-along workshop where technicians work real disaster scenarios beside the expert and leave with a reusable resource, not just notes. Designed once, it now travels internationally. A companion course with interactive 3D models extends the practice into a safe environment, so people rehearse high-stakes recovery before they ever face it for real.

From first day to field-ready
An end-to-end learning system for technicians entering a complex product world: global onboarding, role-based certification that proves competence rather than attendance, and microlearning tuned for retention under load. In one rollout, more than 190 technicians adopted a new system in under two weeks.
The production work itself stays inside the companies that own it. What travels publicly is the method, and the brand-free recreations built to demonstrate it.
