Alejandra
Learning Architect and Psychologist

I design learning architectures that turn complex technology into proven capability.

My work connects instructional design, technical enablement, certification strategy, simulation, AI-supported production, and behavioral design to help technical teams move from product knowledge to confident action.

My international experience shaped the way I design for people across cultures, languages, roles, and levels of expertise. Today, that practice extends into cybersecurity and technical enablement, where every platform, policy, workflow, and security process depends on human judgment.

My Compass Journey is the portfolio of this practice. It is organized into four directions: cybersecurity and technical enablement, learning and certification architecture, simulation and immersive learning, and human layer and behavioral design. Each direction shows how I translate complexity into navigable, real-world capability.

Explore the portfolio through these four directions

Capability systems

Role-based paths, readiness floors, and evidence maps.

Certification design

Competency, assessment, SME validation, and rollout logic.

Simulation-based learning

Scenario practice for technical judgment and operational decisions.
